“Most smart people tend to feel queasy when the conversation turns to things like 'certain death' and 'total failure' and the idea of a 'doomed generation’,... But not me, I am comfortable with these themes...”

Russell Dobular (Artistic Director)
is a New York native, born and raised in Flushing, Queens. His plays have been presented in New York, and Los Angeles, and he has directed several dozen productions, including the hit comedy Backseats and Bathroom Stalls, and Dianne Spoderek’s The Drunk Monologues. Mr. Dobular also served as the founding Artistic Director of the Horse Trade Theater Group, from 1997-2000.
James Neggie (Executive Producer/Webmaster)
Hails from Queens where his strict Catholic upbringing left him with a morbid obsession with the idea of eternal damnation. To sublimate this trauma James sought solace in comedy, music, and gourmet food. To this end he is a proud graduate of the conservatory program of the Second City, he is an accomplished Highland Bagpiper, and he suffers from a pronounced chafing problem.
Mariel Matos (Managing Director)
A native New Yorker with a lot theatre productions under her belt is our Production Stage Manager Mariel Matos. She has work on other productions like: A Love Like Damien 1st and 2nd run, Heartbreak which showed October 2006 at the St. Mark's theatre associated with Horsetrade. Also worked on other productions like: Save By The Bell (musical) and Henry Kissinger from the NY fringe festival in the summer "06"
Jeremy Pape (Assistant Artistic Director)
Jeremy Pape is NOT a native New Yorker. A transplant from Virginia via Philadelphia, Jeremy is trying hard to keep these old men young. A graduate of the University of the Arts’ BFA acting program, Jeremy was involved in theatre before he could tie his shoes. With experience in every aspect of theatre, from performance and directing to set building and tech design, Jeremy likes to think to himself as indispensable but anyone wise would call him…company bitch. Recent credits include light design for Wide-Eyed Productions’ critically acclaimed ‘The Medea’, directing and design for various EndTimes productions and anything else I can think of that sounds impressive.
Bridget McKevitt (Dramaturg)
Born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA. Graduated from Washington College with a BA in Drama. Has yet to figure out what she wants to be when she grows up. Lives a standard New York City artist?s life; smokes, drinks, doesn?t sleep, waits tables??Oh the wangled tebs we weave??
